    • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once opened or used.

    • Returns are accepted only if the wrong product was sent and the package remains sealed.

    • We guarantee that our extensions are 100% human hair and free from manufacturing defects upon arrival.

    • Damage caused by misuse, coloring, cutting, or heat styling is not covered.
