This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure that every set of extensions you receive is 100% new, safe, and untouched.

We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before opening the package. If you believe you received the wrong item, length, or color, please contact our support team within 3 days before unsealing the product, and we will gladly assist you.
